a good stay
modern design friendly staff excellent selection
the room design felt modern and luxurious (i loved the attention to detail!). the staff were always helpful, polite, and friendly. the breakfast had a great selection of items with wonderful menu options for cooked dishes.
the check-in process could be improved for quicker service, i had to wait a bit longer than expected.

the concierge provided immediate assistance with luggage. the reception staff was very cute and efficient. all requests were handled quickly, and staff demonstrated a willingness to accommodate special needs and provide personalized service.

helpful staff city tips comfortable bed
the staff at the entrance was very helpful. kyo tong gave good tips for wandering the city. the bed felt comfortable and i slept well. i had a really quiet, relaxing corner room on the 23rd floor.
the room did have a musky smell whenever i returned.

the location is great near the wan chai ferry. walks along the harbor are really accessible. it is really close to many excellent local restaurants, that offered various choices for dining and entertainment.

the hotel service are really professional. ladies cleaned the rooms and were very friendly. the bell boys made sure i got taxis quickly. the chief concierge and his staff provided great assistance.

charmed stay indeed
late check-out comfy bed
the staff offered early check-in and late check-out SO accommodating. i received a personalized mini weekend itinerary upon arrival which felt very special. the beds were comfy. everything about the stay was seamless and well-designed.
i found the wifi distinctly unreliable . i ALSO had trouble streaming shows in the evening.

the room was spotlessly clean when i arrived and had tasteful decorations. i appreciated the premium corner rooms for fabulous views of the peak. a HIGH floor IS recommendable to get the best experience.
